“Sea to Shinning Sea” was a project organized by the Haggin Museum in Stockton, CA in conjunction with American Artist Magazine. Sandusky was one of 48 US artists that met at a series of plein air paint-outs culminating in a large group exhibit portraying the beauty of America. This exhibit opened in spring of 2004 at the Haggin Museum and toured to approximately 14 different venues across the country over a period of 4 years. These venues included museums and presidential libraries.

Sandusky also participated in “Art for Relief”, a group exhibit at the Reinike Gallery in Atlanta, GA October 2005 that benefited victims of the Hurricanes of 2005.

I'm happy to announce my representation by LeMieux Galleries. Christy and Jordan (co-owners of LeMieux shown in this photo) and staff couldn't be nicer and more professional. Many of the artists they represent are my long time friends and colleagues and the high quality of work and eclectic range of styles represented by LeMieux makes it a revered institution in the New Orleans art scene. Lemieux will be the venue for my New Orleans solo exhibits and the best selection of my recent work is on consignment there. Come see my work at LeMieux Galleries!

Most of all I hope you enjoy this site and gain a better appreciation of vision and representational painting.
